Sorry to be away for a long time.
Will try not to repeat the same with myself, because if I keep blogging about what i think, I personally feel I'm doing good to myself.
In our Beautiful country, we say that our country discourages betting, it may be horse racing , cricket matches, or on movies...... betting is not allowed on everything Except on one giant........That is our Stock Exchange.
Now you guys will tell me how is it called betting ? If I'm investing in something for a gain, without any long term vision just by my gutz feeling . . . . . What is it called ?
Years back in India investment in stock market was a very thing for both investors and the companies. People who trusted the company used to buy their shares and keep with them for years. Stand with that company in good and bad times. Used to attend the meeting to know what are the future plans of the company and much more . . . . . .
If you guys are aware of the stock market in the current time, since last 10 years of so, its more deadlier then even the betting. Still its going on and on and on.
Year after year more and more people are losing money.
And when you invest in a company for 2 days ( in stock market terms its called intraday ) what can be more non sense then that. Everything from the pricing to the rise and down fall is governed by some big stock broking names in the country. Even after knowing that there has been so many scams we are still following the same pattern.
Let me take an example..... I'm Mr A owning a company, I have planned to make some huge investment in construction. I ask people for money, due to my good will in the industry they give me. I take one brave decision, that the stock exchange doesn't like and they perish my share. I'm finished, can never come back again in the market. My decision would have brought revolution in the industry, but was not allowed to do so, as all money is been pulled back , or price is reduced etc.
If you trust me and my company, you should be giving me money to try and do what i want alone with some fixed time frame. Not like i give you money for 5 days..........Nothing can be done in 5 days.......... Its all bullshit. Stop this intraday trading.
If any of the stock market investors like the company's profile, they should be allowed to invest for minimum 3 months time.
Doing this we will be helping our company's and country to go faster and in more planned way. When the companies in country will grow, with them the whole country will grow and prosper, as we will we riding towards the fixed goal to reach in some fixed time frame.
If we continue growing in this stupid intraday format, we will be at the same old place all the coming years.
So I want you all to know and make our voice sound to the deaf government, and ask them. Is this not betting ?
Stop intraday trading. Take the country to the right path. That is the Fast Track...........

Show me where is my money going................
Hello Friends,
I'm very sorry to be away from blogging for sometime, initially got busy and then was on vacation.
I was sharing my view on politics in India as the bottleneck of almost all the problems, and who are the people who can make the change, its us. Either by making the maximum contribution, to try and become a leader or a part time contribution by voting a right candidate. When ever you are with friends, with people who needs guidance, talk about the qualities right candidate should have. Slowly this will travel from mouth to mouth. Don't blame system is not having this and that, rather say we should have this in our system.
Collect small section from your locality, and share your views on the society welfare requirements. Make everybody think in a broader sense. The day we will have all thinking and aiming high, India for sure will be No 1 Country in all sense.
Our politicians are always busy collecting money for their kids, and most of the minister kids are living life like kings, with our hard earned money. We usually fight for one rupee extra a shop keeper is taking, an auto rickshaw guy is asking. But we are not asking the Government where is the money we pay in terms of taxes going. No a days there are taxes on Hotel dining ( service charge ), watching movies in multiplex ( entertainment tax ), driving your vehicle on road. Whole day whatever we do, we give money to government for our & society's welfare.
Can you see where that money is going ? Can say no, because the the kind of roads, public transport, no public places development, not enough government driven schools for poor, and where ever there are schools, there are no infrastructures.
We say that India is no where in Olympics, You tell how can it be, sports should be must for everybody till he / she reaches 16 to 18 years of age. And Each city should have at least one big sports club which is run by the local government. And the entry into that club should be at a very nominal rates. Then we will gave great athletes coming up in India. Right now all sports in India have become the pleasure of the rich. And when you play for time pass you can never be master of that sport. We need people how are passionate about sports, and that is possible only when we have such sports club, where all can go easily.
For the kind of tax India is collecting, we should be having all this facilities, but we are not getting, as the money is not getting accounted anywhere. "Charo taraf Sirf ghotale hi nazar aate hai". Why are no actions taken against corrupt ministers ? They should be burnt alive, so that no other stupid trys to play with people's money again.
Recent attacks on Mumbai, has tarnished India's image globally, there can be decrease in number of Investors wanting to put money into India. And I'm more sure about this, after our UPA government just making statements, day after day........ and not talking any action against Pakistan.
Tell me one thing, what is the benefit we are getting because of good talks with Pakistan ? Is the terror In Kashmir getting stopped ? Are all the national defense wings having sound sleeps after that ? Is India advancing because of peace talks with Pakistan ? Every time we tried to have good peaceful relation ship, they have stabbed in our back. Then why this stupidity again and again. I guess if India finishes Pakistan, our politicians won't have any topic for their campaigns, so they are not doing it.
Right now, we have all the proofs that Pakistan was involved in the attacks on Mumbai, the financial hub of India, and India is not taking any actions......... Not Pakistan not those terrorist, our own Government has tarnished our Image globally, just by sitting idle , like idiots, and requesting Pakistan to hand over the terrorist even after knowing for sure that its not going to do so................. Sere Stupidity................
Why have you created Missiles ? Just to show world that our scientists are also genius ? Why they are not used ?
I guess now only God can save the people in India, Army has been made handicap by this government.

Must Do Changes............
Hi Friends,
Yesterday I mentioned that we as a citizen of India should be seeking some changes in our system. And to bring them into the system we will have to change ourselves first. Not trying to be filmy on this. I understand that we all think that the change should be from the government side, but who bring that government ? Its US, you & me.
Lets talk about the fundamental change that needs to be brought in our system. Whenever we talk about any problem in the country we will end up to Politics / literacy as the root cause of the issues.
For me also the root cause is the same, literacy rate is increasing slowly, the pace has to be pushed harder. Our government is spending is good amount of money , but its not reaching the grass root level, that is to the end user, the people in rural areas.
There should be only two or at the max 3 political national parties that can compete for election. Since last 10 years , no single party is allowed to function properly. That is not the only reason to this. The major reason is, in the rural areas, there are lot of un educated people, who are actually the ones who vote ( believe the reality). They should not be flooded with option so that they get confused every time whom to vote. And as many number of option, candidates will try various tricks to attract them towards their party. They won't be working for the state / country. The "Aam Admi" should be able to connect to the candidate.
Each party should declare in advance the candidates they would appoint for the post if they win the election. This will allow the user to understand the party tactics, and the for site into party's action, if they come to rule the country.
I'm not able to understand one thing, an job in India requires some or other qualification, there is only one job in India that doesn't require qualification. And that's becoming a Minister. Shouldn't they also have some minimum qualification required. Many of our state Ministers in some states don't have sound knowledge even about their state, how are they going to work in country's interest.
Qualified group of people ( mix of young / experienced , may be the retired official CEO, MD ) should be there to assist the CM to look into the development prospect for the state.
And for most important Minister's will also have to show their Form 16, income tax return statement for lst three years before holding any position. Declare all their accounts to the state / central government. They should be provided healthy salary, but if their assets go out of control, their accounts should be freezed.
80 % of our politicians have their accounts in Swiss Bank, we all know that. If all that money is freezed and taken into Central government account, I'm sure all the debts of the country will be cleared. And these accounts can be freezed. As this ministers, working for 1000 times their whole life can't make the amount of money they have made.
Put that money into the economy, bail out the companies, start new business in the states where there is no development, like the UP, Bihar, Chattisgarh and many more. If India wants to develop, it has to make all its state functioning in the best form.
If this is attempted, India will resist to the changes, but we have to make the changes to prosper. Changes are hard to digest.

Arise Awake & Stop Not Till Ur Goal Is Reached
Remember the phrase given to us by Swami Vivekanand, which can be helpful to each and everyone of us. Understand the need of time, stand up to the situation and act on it untill you get success.
In this 2 and a half years I've seen two major attacks in Mumbai, the 1st one was in 2006 serial Bomb blast in trains and now the terrorist attack in 2008. In 2006 some of my friends were moving in the same direction for shopping, I was watching TV at home. When i saw all the news about the serial blasts , I called them and stoped them, asked them to return. We all escaped from the situation.
This time non of my friends were stuck but our whole city was taken for granted, not only by the terrorist but also by our Politicians, People around are talking that India is rising now after the havoc created in Mumbai by the terrorist.
But is this really happening, or we are still the same care free Mumbaikars, not worried about the problems of the city untill they become our own personal problem ?
I was moved by the gesture we made on Gateway of India on 3rd Dec. That was the emotional part of the story, but are we really doing anything after getting together ?
This political parties are just trying to fool us by playing the blame game, agreed that we single handedly can't do anything, but we can start getting together, start raising our voice. And give the politicians a environment in which they are forced to perform.
I'll place an update on what reforms are needed according to me.
