Arise Awake & Stop Not Till Ur Goal Is Reached

Remember the phrase given to us by Swami Vivekanand, which can be helpful to each and everyone of us. Understand the need of time, stand up to the situation and act on it untill you get success.

In this 2 and a half years I've seen two major attacks in Mumbai, the 1st one was in 2006 serial Bomb blast in trains and now the terrorist attack in 2008. In 2006 some of my friends were moving in the same direction for shopping, I was watching TV at home. When i saw all the news about the serial blasts , I called them and stoped them, asked them to return. We all escaped from the situation.

This time non of my friends were stuck but our whole city was taken for granted, not only by the terrorist but also by our Politicians, People around are talking that India is rising now after the havoc created in Mumbai by the terrorist.

But is this really happening, or we are still the same care free Mumbaikars, not worried about the problems of the city untill they become our own personal problem ?

I was moved by the gesture we made on Gateway of India on 3rd Dec. That was the emotional part of the story, but are we really doing anything after getting together ?

This political parties are just trying to fool us by playing the blame game, agreed that we single handedly can't do anything, but we can start getting together, start raising our voice. And give the politicians a environment in which they are forced to perform.

I'll place an update on what reforms are needed according to me.

  1. Dear Nikunj,

I am very much imprressed by your thoughts.I think
not only I but the most of the people would be
    impressed after going through this.

I am totally agree with you in the most of your
concerns. Now the question is who will take the
onus of all this??Is this can be done by single
handed ?? Or someone come from outside our
country to make all these changes???

Well everyone knows the answer, and it is "Big No".
I think the people like you and others having the
same thoughts must be congregated ,gravitate the
youth of the country and contemplating towards
    these ideas.

As I mentioned above that I think differently in some
areas. In my opinion Democracy is only needed to
Human Beings not to the animals and we are looking
like Humans but our habits and thinking is not like
that.So until we totaly convert to humans by our
habits and thinking someone should come forward
andreigns over the country until Humans (who looks
like humans but by habit they are animals) convert
to realhumans and starts to understand the
    importance of Democracy.

  2. Dear Varun,

What we all can do is we can gather and spread what we think. When we feel that we have enogh number of like minded thinkers, we can gether and we all can come up with some views, can go to court , file petitions that this laws needs to be changed.

Some day of other if India has to emerge as a strong force globally , it has to make change. If all the money the contrymen as putting in is used for country ( not into polotician's bank accounts ). Change will come and much more faster then we can think of.

There is only one way to do some thing. And that has to go through 4 steps.....

    1. Know what you want.
    2. Know how to reach there.(i.e find out multiple possibilities.
    3. Believe firmly that it will be done.
    4. Start working on that.

Sooner then later, a firm believer gets the result in his favour.

    Always be a Go Getter.....

    Regards,
    Nikunj
